Returns and Refunds
If you need a return or replacement card, please review our Access Cards page. This policy below is for products purchased via the online shopping system, not for Security/Proximity Cards.
Damaged Faulty Items
We always ensure our goods are of the highest quality and we are confident that all items purchased from us are in perfect order. In the rare occurrence that you receive a damaged or faulty item please contact us immediately via email email@example.com or call us on 09 300 7225, and we will provide a full refund, store credit or an exchange (if we have a replacement in stock) once we have received the returned item. Please note products must be returned to us within 14 days of the shipping date and must be returned in the same condition as received with all labels, etc.
We make every effort to make sure our product descriptions are as detailed as possible. If you have a question about the product then please feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to making your purchase – we are always happy to help.
We are unable to offer refunds on items that are not damaged or faulty. If you have ordered the wrong product we are happy to exchange provided we have the correct one available in stock. You must notify email@example.com of your intention to exchange/return within 14 days and goods must be sent back to us via a traceable method. Returns must be sent back in original condition. A store credit (of the original purchase price, not including shipping costs) will be issued if we cannot offer a product exchange. The cost of shipping the returned item is the responsibility of the buyer.
